Pupil Leadership
Here at Team Green we pride ourselves on supporting pupil leadership. We encourage children to take ownership, show responsibility and be part of the decision-making within school.
We currently have 3 different pupil leadership groups of children.
School Council
The role of the school council is to discuss ways to improve school through talking to their peers and getting their views which can then be fed back during school council meetings. The school council also deliver important assemblies to the rest of the school to tell them about special events for example Anti-Bullying, Children in Need, Comic Relief.

Mini Leaders
The role of the Mini Leaders is to support the Midday Supervisors at lunchtime in modelling and encouraging positive play. Supporting the tidying up of lunchtime toys and modelling how to play with different lunchtime toys/equipment. The Mini Leaders wear high visibility jackets at lunchtime which allows them to be easily visible to other children.
